Pizval, through this website, www.pizval.com (hereinafter website), may receive, collect and, more generally, process different types of user information:

Pizval will process the user’s personal data for the following purposes:
b) to allow us to contact you in order to deal with requests received via the contact form on this website;
a) for infrastructure monitoring and for statistical purposes related to the website.

4 Provision of data and consequences in case of failure to consent to processing

With reference to the purposes of the processing referred to in art. 3, failure to consent will not entail any consequences on the possibility of browsing the website and will imply exclusively the consequences described below:
– refusal to treatment of personal data for the purposes referred to in art. 3, point a) will make it impossible to contact the user to respond to requests received via the contact form;
– consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes referred to in art. 3, point b) is related to the use of cookies, for which reference is made to the specific Information.

5 Methods of data processing

The data processing will be mainly carried out with the aid of electronic or automated tools, according to the methods and with means suitable to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data, in compliance with the provisions of the current legislation. In particular, all technical, IT, organizational, logistical and procedural security measures will be adopted, so that the minimum level of data protection required by law is guaranteed, allowing access only to the persons in charge of processing by the Data Controller or by the managers eventually designated by the same.

6 Source from which the data originates

The data processed, reported in art. 2, are collected only through this website, automatically through software procedures and services made available by third parties, or voluntarily provided by the user by filling in the appropriate forms.

7 Legal basis

The provision of data for the purposes in art. 3 a) identified above does not require consent to processing and is mandatory and essential for the purposes of performing the services, as well as for the consequent and related legal obligations. The data collected for the purposes in art. 3 b) are processed on the basis of the consent expressed by the user.

8 Scope of data communication

The personal data collected, for the purposes described in art. 3, may be disclosed to or communicated to the following subjects:

– employees and/or collaborators of Pizval for the performance of administrative, accounting, commercial development, legal consultancy and IT and logistics support activities, appointed as data controllers and processors;

– companies or consultants responsible for the installation, maintenance, updating and, in general, management of Pizval hardware and software;

– all those subjects (including Public Authorities) who have access to the data by virtue of regulatory or administrative provisions.

9 Period of retention of personal data

With regard to the purposes set out in art. 3, the personal data concerning the user will be retained only for the period necessary to satisfy the user’s requests or, in general, for the time in which the user will use the services offered through this website. To stop receiving newsletters and/or commercial communications by email, simply follow the instructions contained in the last email received. 10 Rights of interested parties

Pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national legislation on the processing of personal data, the user has the right to:
a) obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him and their communication in an intelligible form;
b) obtain, at the care of the Data Controller:
– information on the origin of the personal data, on the purposes and methods of processing, on the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
– indication of the identifying details of the Data Controller;
– information about the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative on the territory of the State, as managers or persons in charge;
c) obtain:
– the updating, rectification or integration of data concerning him and the portability of the same;
– the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
– certification that the operations referred to in the preceding points have been brought to the attention, including with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disclosed, unless such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected;
d) to object, in whole or in part:
– for legitimate reasons, to the processing of data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
